Support

How to get help from support in Discord.

If you need help (billing, account, bug reports, or "how do I..." questions), contact the support team inside the Fyndit Discord server. Support is handled through the server's support channels and staff, not through a dedicated bot command. Use the Dashboard first if you need to inspect a setting before opening a support ticket.

How to Get Help

  1. Use the server’s support/help channel(s) and describe your issue clearly.
  2. If staff asks you to continue in private, follow their instructions (DM or a private channel).

What to Include

  • Your Discord ID and (if relevant) your Vinted session name.
  • The exact error message you saw (screenshot helps).
  • What you tried and what you expected to happen.
  • For monitor issues: the monitor/link name and a sample item URL that should have matched.

What To Expect

  • Support will usually ask for the exact panel or button you used.
  • If the issue is a permissions or limit problem, support may point you to the tier table or your current usage panel.
  • For item-specific problems, a screenshot of the notification is usually the fastest way to get help.
