How to get help from support in Discord.

If you need help (billing, account, bug reports, or “how do I…” questions), contact the support team inside the Fyndit Discord server. Support is handled through the server’s support channels and staff, not through a dedicated bot command.

How to Get Help

1. 1Use the server’s support/help channel(s) and describe your issue clearly.
2. 2If staff asks you to continue in private, follow their instructions (DM or a private channel).

What to Include

• Your Discord ID and (if relevant) your Vinted session name.
• The exact error message you saw (screenshot helps).
• What you tried and what you expected to happen.
• For monitor issues: the monitor/link name and a sample item URL that should have matched.
