Account Information

View your account limits, usage statistics, and manage settings.

The Account Information panel gives you an overview of your Fyndit account, including your current usage against your plan limits and quick access to account management features. Open it from the Dashboard first, or use /my_info as a fallback.

Open the Dashboard here: Open Dashboard

Viewing Your Account

Run /my_info to open the account information panel. The following information is displayed:

  • User ID - Your internal Fyndit user identifier.
  • Name - Your display name in the system.
  • Language - Your current language setting (shown as a two-letter code like EN, FR, DE).
  • Sessions - The number of sessions you have created versus your maximum allowed. For example, "2/5" means you have 2 sessions and can create up to 5.
  • Groups - The number of monitor groups versus your maximum allowed.
  • Monitors - The total number of monitors across all groups versus your maximum allowed.
  • Blocked Sellers - The total number of sellers currently in your blocked list.

Account Management

From the account information panel, you can access the following:

  • Manage Blocked Sellers - Opens the blocked sellers management panel where you can view, unblock, or clear all blocked sellers. See the Blocked Sellers section for details.

Quick Commands Reference

  • /sessions - Manage your Vinted sessions.
  • /session_groups - Manage your session groups.
  • /monitors - Manage your monitor groups and monitors.
  • /my_info - View account information and manage blocked sellers.
  • /preferences - Manage language and preferences.

Tip Prefer using the Dashboard for day-to-day management: Open Dashboard

What To Expect

  • The usage numbers are live, so they reflect your current state.
  • If a value looks wrong after a downgrade, check again after the role sync finishes.
  • The blocked seller count is only the total blocked sellers, not the number of items hidden.
